Other Events

Holland Western Horse Park was initially established to host Horse Shows, and while those shows are still a big part our events, we've been able to grow into much, much more than that!

In recent years, we have blessed to partner with some great sponsors and local organizations in West Michigan, allowing us to share our grounds with a large variety of people and make many improvements!  These partnerships have enabled us to construct one of the first Extreme Mountain Trail Courses in Michigan, and also host a variety of events for our local community - even some non-horse related ones!

While we recommend checking our our Events Calendar to everything we have going on, we've listed some of our past events here to give you an idea of what to look for!

Training Clinics

Training clinics may be offered for a variety of disciplines in addition to those offered on the Extreme Mountain Trail Course.  We are always looking for new clinics to host, so if you're looking to host a clinic, or have ideas, please feel free to contact us!  We'd love to hear how we can better assist you through our event offerings!

Fun Runs

In 2019 we were able to partner with Egress Endurance and host HWHP's first ever fun run!  We hope to offer more events at the grounds that can include the whole community - even those who don't own horses!  If you're interested in partnering with us to host an event like this, please check our our Facility Rental Page!

Open Houses

Our Open Houses give the community an opportunity to come together and explore all we have to offer!  We usually combine these events with a picnic lunch or dinner, crafts for kids (and adults!), and other activities such as wagon rides, and trail rides.  The EMT Course is also typically opened for a few hours!

Fundraisers

We are lucky to have such a great community and have worked with various groups to host shows and events to assist them in raising funds for their club!  In recent years we have been working closely with Renew Therapeutic Riding Center and host a Ride-A-Thon fundraiser!  If you are interested in attending one of our fundraiser events, check out our Events Page!  If you'd like to rent our facility to host one of your own, please contact us!
