Cancellations are be permitted; however, you must contact HWHP prior to cancellation cutoff date/time listed above to be considered for full refund. If you cancel after the cancellation cutoff date, a 100% refund may still be issued only if you or HWHP is able to fill your spot. if for any reason, HWHP cancels the event, a full refund will be issued to all participants and auditors.
